Liability: Porto Travel Agency Limited is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles nor liable for delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
Operational Hours: Our company is closed on January 1 and December 24 and 25. We do not guarantee full availability for these days, and we do not operate in the evening.
Weather and Cancellations: The realization of activities is subject to technical conditions and favorable weather. If activities are canceled, you will be offered the possibility to make a new reservation on a different date, subject to availability. Porto Travel Agency Limited is not responsible for expenses or losses incurred by the customer due to cancellations caused by adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Waiting Policy: We have a 10-minute waiting tolerance at meeting points. If you are late or lost, please call us using the correct contact number provided during booking.
Conduct: Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on vehicles. Frequent stops for sightseeing and meals are made, allowing participants to smoke and drink (moderately) while off the vehicles.
Booking Changes: Please contact us via e-mail ( Booking@PortoTravelAgency.com ) for any modifications to your booking.
Safety: Porto Travel Agency Limited cannot be held liable for accidents resulting from the carelessness of participants or their disregard for a guide’s instructions.
Reservation Validity: Bookings made by phone or e-mail are only valid once all relevant information (name, birth dates, and pick-up location) is received and a confirmation email stating the tour conditions is sent by Porto Travel Agency Limited.
Media Services: The photo and video service is an extra provided to clients. Porto Travel Agency Limited is not responsible for its quality or for any technical accidents that may destroy or ruin these files.
Client Restrictions:
Health: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are in good physical and mental health to perform the activities.
Limitations: Please mention any physical limitations before booking so we can make necessary preparations. We are committed to doing everything possible to ensure all clients enjoy our activities.
Activity-Specific Requirements (e.g., Canyoning): Minimum age 18 (under 18 with parental/guardian permission); Minimum height/weight 120cm/20kg; Maximum height/weight 210cm/115kg.
Responsible Tourism: We encourage collecting all garbage produced during tours and respecting local people and their routines.
Agreement: The tour is considered valid once both parties agree to these terms and conditions.
Registration: Porto Travel Agency Limited is a registered company with all required insurance coverage and requisite licenses.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours advance: Full refund.
24 hours advance: 50% refund.
12 hours advance: No refund.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are provided in the event of mechanical failure that prevents the tour from fulfilling the agreed destinations.
Deposits & Cancellation Fees
If a tour booked through a third party cannot be fulfilled (e.g., overbooking, minimum pax not met), Porto Travel Agency Limited will propose an alternative. If the client cannot take an alternative, a 100% refund will be issued.
Payments are accepted via cash, credit card, or bank transfer (proof of payment must be sent by email).
Image Rights
Porto Travel Agency Limited reserves the right to capture images and video of clients during activities. Unless indicated otherwise in writing by the client prior to the activity, participants authorize the use of these materials for the company’s marketing and advertising purposes on our website and social networks.
